YOU TOO CAN BE TRANSFORMED!
“And you shall receive power after the Holy Spirit has come upon you…” (Acts 1:8). In fact the Greek word for “receive” is “lambano”, meaning to TAKE power.
What is that power for? The scriptures describe a boldness and a confidence the priest has to enter the Holy of Holies, and that we can now approach the throne “with boldness.” Supernatural boldness accompanies those who are genuinely been filled with the Spirit of God. The anointing for ministry includes a confidence!
This is why after they received the Holy Spirit in Acts chapter two, Peter who had once been disloyal, insecure and frightened, stood up and boldly preached the gospel and thousands received Christ! The infilling turned Peter into another person. What will a fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit do for you?
