HOW TO KNOW WHEN A CHURCH HAS DISMISSED THE HOLY SPIRIT
    
When a church has dismissed the Holy Spirit, the symptoms of it are slow and subtle - but destructive.

That particular church sort of slowly boils you in an atmosphere of religiosity, until you no longer recognize just how dry you are. One of the things you will notice is the dryness and “sound of the atmosphere.” Spiritual death in a church sounds like something in a building.

You will also notice that the packaged and choreographed program and schedule, doesn’t make room for the “suddenlies” of the Spirit. You won’t see evidence of the Holy Spirit administrating a service to go in a certain direction. You won’t see the power of the Holy Spirit producing the miraculous either. The altar calls are few, if any. There’s barely ever any laying on of hands, and all you’re left with is having come, been inspired by a stage presentation, yet you don’t leave transformed.

From there, you return to your week as usual, waiting to do the same thing all over again next week. Herein lies the inception of religion. As leaders in such a perilous generation, we must be willing to pay whatever price necessary to surrender to the administration of God in our corporate gatherings. The price of failing to do so, is much higher. 

Did you know that it takes approximately three days to really shift a deeply embedded mindset? After training and equipping people in various parts of the world and different demographics and age ranges, I came to a conclusion. I realized that the challenge of seeing personal or corporate revival wasn’t with God “not wanting to give revival.” And there isn’t some secret spiritual passcode you can enter to “twist God’s arm” into sending revival - or yell loud enough to wake God up to come down and do something.
