GOD HEAL OUR LAND!

This past weekend Derek addressed revival, and shared “Transformation Manifesto” at RESEND - God Heal Our Land national conference, in Hamilton Ontario. The power of God was present and led to a significant time of weeping and repentance from pastors and leaders…for divisions, sin and failing to steward the grace for their cities. 

We wanted to share Derek’s Transformation Manifesto main points with you...

~ City Transformation Manifesto ~ 

1 . Our current context of revival is not enough to fulfill the dream of God for your city. 

2 . To idolize yesterday’s revivals as our model for tomorrow, is religiosity. 

3 . If you restrict the Kingdom to a building or a conference or a moment…you withhold Hamilton from its redemption. 

4 . The revival is out there beyond the four walls of the local church. 

5 . To the degree that you can extend your church walls, is the degree of marketplace revival you can be part of. 

6 . There is no mystical prophetic passcode to twisting God’s arm into sending revival. 

7 . Don’t wait for God to send revival. Send labourers into the Harvest. (Matt 9:36)

8 . The work of the ministry is not just reaching God’s heart with our hearts…it’s reaching people’s hearts with God’s heart. 

9 . Prayer meetings alone will not reach the Harvest. God’s methodology for reaching people, is by sending trained sons and daughters. (Matthew 13:37,38)

10 . A farmer doesn’t pray for the Harvest once it is already ripe. He sends sons and hires labourers. (John 4:35)

11 . My job as a pastor, is to see every church attendee as Heaven’s resource. My job is to equip them in their ministry, not use them to build mine. 

12 . Derek shared real examples of real practitioners that History Makers has trained and sent - producing reproducible results. 

13 . You must pay the price to know God and must pay the price to know your community.

14 . You are not paying a price for revival. You are paying a price for the grace to disciple a city. 

15. Derek explained how organized crime thrives, and how church can operate in “organized righteousness.” 

16 . Derek exhorted the pastors and leaders to put away “childish divisions” that have kept the church spiritually immature and unable to steward the grace for their cities.
