BUT CAN GOD DO THIS KIND OF MIRACLE?

There was a man who attended one of our History Makers Trainings, and he was illiterate. Being unable to read and write, it was going to be an almost impossibility for him to do the reading and writing assignments which are woven throughout the training, and mandatory to graduate. But as that grace and power of Jesus began to flow, this man actually began to read and write right there on site. 

As you read this, within your own mind you might’ve just encountered a little bit of religiosity or unbelief that we all sometimes have. You might be saying, “I can believe for a knee healing or arthritis disappearing, but somebody beginning to read and write? Can God do that kind of miracle?” Well of course he can. 

This man began to read and write because Jesus can read and write, and “as it is in heaven” (where all of our inadequacies and illnesses do not exist), began to come down into that room during the training. When that man left the training, he went and planted a church, and got involved in city government in his particular region. 

As open and believing as many of us think we might be, we should always remain suspicious of limiting beliefs and the box we often put our God in.
